General Terms
(Applicable to All Packages)

All alcohol service packages are based on a six (6) hour service window, calculated from the agreed-upon event start time. The rate is $55 per person.
​
If the event begins earlier than the contracted start time, the six-hour service clock will begin at that earlier start.
Should service extend beyond the included six hours as a result of an early start, additional hour fees will apply and may be added to the client’s final alcohol bill after the event.
​
Closing the bar earlier than the six-hour service window does not warrant a reduced price per head.

- Three craft cocktails
- In-person cocktail tasting
- All top-shelf spirits
Full Alcohol Package
​
The Full Alcohol Package is billed at $55.00 per person, based on the final guaranteed guest count.
This rate includes six (6) hours of bar service with beer, wine, seltzer, and spirits, ending no later than 11:00 PM Eastern Time.
Extended Full Alcohol Service
Clients may request additional service beyond the included six (6) hours for an additional fee of $10.00 per person, calculated using the final guaranteed guest count in the existing contract.
Extended service must be confirmed and paid in full no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date.

Extended service is subject to staff availability and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
​
Closing the bar earlier than the six-hour service window does not warrant a reduced price per head.
Basil Place reserves the right to refuse extended service where continued service would violate applicable laws or present safety concerns.
